Tools -> Favorites

This lets you save a sky chart position and field of view in a list of favorites.

To add a new favorite, set the sky chart to the desired viewing conditions, tap and hold the stylus at the desired center position to bring up the popup menu, slide down and release on Add to favorites. If the popup is over a fixed object, the new favorite entry will consist of the name and the position. If over a moving object, the favorite will consist of just the object's name. In this case, using the favorite will search all loaded catalogs for the object and determine the sky chart position from the current position of the object. If the popup is not over an object, the favorite will consist of simply the RA and Dec of the position.

To install an existing favorite, tap to select it in the list then tap OK. To delete an existing favorite, tap to select it then tap Del. To dismiss the dialog without using any favorite, tap X.
